I have 14 years of experience teaching Contemporary, Ballet, Musical Dance, and Salsa, guiding dancers of all ages and levels. My goal is to share my love for dance and inspire personal expression and connection.
Ballet
In my class, I approach ballet technique as both precise and joyful, encouraging dancers to connect with their inner voice and unique expression. By harmonizing breath and movement and exploring the flow of energy within and outward, ballet becomes not only a refined practice but also a joyful exploration of self-expression and deeper connection to the music.
Salsa
In my salsa classes we dive into the vibrant rhythms of Latin dance, with a focus on body movement, musicality and expressive styling. I encourage students to explore elegance and individuality, letting the movement flow naturally and discovering new ways to connect with the music. The class is energetic and empowering, creating a space to enjoy, connect and shine with confidence.
Contemporary
In my class, I invite each person to find their dynamic center through breath and release, letting the body move freely, joyfully and curiously. Through physical expression, imagery and mindful research of movement’s origin, progression and traces, we develop an inner voice that connects to space, music and imagination.
Musicals
In my musical theater classes we dive into the colorful world of musicals, learning choreographies from beloved shows while developing precision, coordination and stage presence. Alongside technique, I encourage creative freedom and personal expression, inviting dancers to step into characters and stories, enjoy the process and feel part of the magical world of musicals.
